People want to continue on with their daily activities without having to worry about when they have to stop back for their phone, if they’ll have all the pieces when they get it back, and how much it will cost with all the hidden fees.

I started this service company because of the shoddy work I’ve seen coming from other companies. What those companies were doing was not up to my standards. They allowed missing screws and bad parts and parts they completely neglected to put into the phone. I’ve had to repair countless numbers of friends’ phones when they’ve come back from other repair companies. After taking your phone to a repair shop, there is no legitimate reason a person should have to repair it without first breaking it again. None. Whatsoever.
If I’m being honest, I can’t understand how those companies are still in business.
I founded Smart Tech on the belief that customers should be treated well. I, myself, love when a service I’ve paid for is exactly what I had hoped it would be. I love when a company delivers on the promises it has made. If a company says I’m going to get X service for Y price, I expect to get X service for Y price. Sadly, that’s hardly ever the case. There are often hidden charges, extra fees for every tiny deviation from the stated service, etc. You’ve probably had one of these bad experiences. So have I, and it ends here.

A technician can be at your house within an average of 20 minutes after getting a call and will have the whole repair completed about 30 minutes later. We don’t make you come to us. We’ll come to you. The entire repair or replacement service lasts about one hour, from the time you call to the time I’m finished.
